Terms of Use

Effective August 9, 2026

1. Acceptance and Use of the Website

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the current public website, marketing and product demonstration materials, waitlist, Demo experience, and public information provided by SideGig Marketplace LLC ("SideGig," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your use of the website. By accessing or using the website, you acknowledge these Terms.

2. Current Pre-Launch Status

SideGig is currently in a pre-launch stage. The full SideGig marketplace is not yet generally available to public users. Product demonstrations, screenshots, Demo experiences, and descriptions may show intended, developing, experimental, or not-yet-released capabilities. They are not a promise that a particular feature, launch date, service area, or marketplace service will become available.

3. Waitlist

You may provide requested information to join the SideGig waitlist. Joining does not guarantee access, priority, availability, or participation in any future service. Availability may depend on geography, timing, product readiness, capacity, or other factors.

By joining, you ask SideGig to contact you about launch, availability, early access, and expansion in your area. Broader SideGig marketing email is optional where offered. Our handling of waitlist information is described in the SideGig Privacy Policy.

4. Demo Experience

Demo Login and other demonstration content may use fictional or seeded data created for testing, demonstration, design review, or product evaluation. Demo content may change, reset, be incomplete, or behave differently from a future public product. Do not treat Demo content as a real transaction, job, user relationship, professional credential, message, invoice, or commitment by SideGig or another person.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the website or Demo experience to:

  • violate applicable law or another person's rights;
  • gain or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or restricted areas;
  • interfere with security, availability, or operation of the website;
  • introduce malicious code or use automated activity that burdens or abuses the service;
  • scrape, harvest, or extract content or data in an abusive or unauthorized manner; or
  • misrepresent your identity or use the website for fraud, harassment, or other harmful conduct.

6. Intellectual Property

SideGig's website, branding, product presentation, software, text, graphics, designs, and related materials are owned by SideGig Marketplace LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the public website for its intended informational and Demo purposes, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from those materials except as permitted by law or with written permission. Certain SideGig technology is identified as Patent Pending. That notice does not disclose or grant rights in any patent application.

7. Third-Party Links

The website may contain links to social networks or other third-party sites. SideGig does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, terms, privacy practices, or services. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.

8. Website Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the public site, waitlist, or Demo experience at any time. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any displayed feature will launch in its current form.

9. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the current website, waitlist, public information, and Demo experience are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SideGig disclaims warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing on the current public site is professional, legal, financial, employment, or marketplace-service advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SideGig Marketplace LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the current website or Demo experience. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the public site and SideGig's pre-launch activities change. We will revise the effective date when we do. Your continued use of the website after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
